No. The $999 covers a complete deliverable — a 45-minute discovery call, a written report, and a 30-minute walkthrough. About half of our clients implement nothing through us and just use the report to take action themselves. That's a successful outcome for us.

What if I already use Zapier or Make.com?

Even better. The assessment audits what you've already automated, identifies the gaps, and shows you which next builds are worth doing. We frequently find existing automations running on outdated tools or that could be consolidated to save monthly cost.

Do you take commissions from the tools you recommend?

Accepted Answer

No. We are not affiliated with any tool vendor and we don't take referral fees. Our recommendations are based on what genuinely fits your business. Some of the tools we recommend most often have free tiers and cost you nothing.

What happens if I don't want to implement anything afterwards?

That's completely fine. The report stands on its own — it's structured so that you or someone on your team can take it and execute every recommendation independently. The 4-day quick-win plan is written that way deliberately.

Free assessments force the provider to lead with a sales pitch. A paid assessment lets us spend serious time mapping your specific business and writing a real report. The fee filters in business owners who actually want clarity, not a pitch — and lets us be honest about what's not worth automating in your situation.

How is this different from a free AI audit on YouTube or LinkedIn?

Generic AI advice tells you what AI can do. Our assessment tells you what you should specifically do — which exact tools, in what order, at what monthly cost, for your business. The output is a written, branded, five-section report you can hand to your team or implementation partner.

Do I have to be in Brisbane?

No. We're Brisbane-based but the entire process — the discovery call, the report delivery, and the walkthrough — is fully remote. We work with businesses anywhere in Australia.

Sole traders are some of our highest-value clients. When you have no team, your time is the bottleneck. Even one or two automations can give you back five hours a week — and the report is sized to be implementable by one person.

About 90 minutes of your time spread across roughly three days. The discovery call is 45 minutes. The report arrives within 48 hours. The walkthrough call is 30 minutes. After that, implementation timelines depend on what you choose to do.
