    You book + pay

    You'll be taken through Stripe to pay the $999 assessment fee, then straight to my calendar to pick a 45-minute slot. Most people pick something within the next 5 days.

  2. Within 30 minutes ≈ 0 effort

    Confirmation in your inbox

    You'll get a confirmation email with the calendar invite (Google Cal / iCal), a Google Meet link for the call, and a short pre-call questionnaire.

  3. Before the call ≈ 3 minutes

    Quick pre-call form

    Five questions: industry, staff count, current tools, biggest time drains, what you're hoping to get out of the assessment. Takes 3 minutes. Helps me come prepared.

  4. On the call 45 minutes

    The 45-minute discovery call

    We jump on Google Meet. No script — just a structured conversation about your business. I'll ask about your workflow, your team, what's working, what's painful. You'll get a chance to ask whatever you want.

  5. Within 48 hours 0 effort — done by us

    Your written report arrives

    Five-section professional report delivered as a branded PDF: executive summary, effort vs impact matrix, specific tool recommendations, 4-day quick-win plan, financial impact. You'll get email notification when it's ready.

  6. Anytime in the next 30 days 30 minutes

    30-minute walkthrough call

    Optional but recommended. We screen-share the report, walk through every recommendation, answer any questions, and map the order of implementation. Bring your team if useful.

  7. Then it's up to you Your call

    Implement on your own, or with us

    About half of clients implement the report themselves or hand it to their existing team. The other half engage us for some or all of the implementation work — Process Optimisation, Automation Builds, AI Knowledge System, or Speed-to-Lead Agent. Either path is genuinely fine.

What if I need to reschedule?

One free reschedule, any reason, just let us know at least 24 hours before the call. The Cal.com booking includes a one-click reschedule link.

And if the report isn’t useful?

If we don’t identify at least 3 actionable opportunities for your business in the report, you get a full refund. No questions. Email us within 14 days of receiving the report.
