Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Integrated Automations (ABN 29 667 090 888) (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

By purchasing an AI Business Assessment, paying our invoice, or using our website you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to these Terms.

The AI Business Assessment is a fixed-price professional service consisting of:

• A 45-minute discovery call conducted personally (not by an AI agent), at a time scheduled via our online booking system.
• A written report delivered within 48 business hours of the discovery call. The report includes an executive summary, effort-vs-impact matrix, specific tool recommendations, a 4-day quick-win plan and a financial-impact summary.
• A 30-minute walkthrough call following delivery of the report.

The price is $999 AUD (inclusive of GST where applicable), payable upfront via Stripe at the time of booking.

Once payment is received and a discovery call is booked, you may reschedule once at no charge by contacting us at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time.

No-show policy: if you do not attend a scheduled discovery call without prior notice, the booking is forfeit and the fee is non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-off rebooking where circumstances reasonably warrant.

We offer the following written guarantee: if the report does not identify at least three (3) actionable automation opportunities for your business, we will provide a full refund of the assessment fee, no questions asked.

To claim under this guarantee, email us at integratedautomations@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving the report. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Outside this specific guarantee, all sales are final. The fee covers professional time spent during your discovery call, preparing the report, and conducting the walkthrough.

Your information: any business information you share with us during the assessment remains your property. We use it only to deliver the service.

Your report: the written report we produce for you is licensed to you for your internal business use. You are free to share the report with employees, contractors and implementation partners. You may not resell or republish the report as a paid product without our written permission.

Our methodology: the methodology we use to conduct assessments — including templates, the effort-vs-impact framework, and our internal tools — remain our intellectual property.

The assessment fee covers the assessment, report and walkthrough only. Any implementation work (e.g. process optimisation, automation builds, AI agent deployment) is scoped and quoted separately. There is no obligation to engage us for implementation. About half of our clients implement the recommendations themselves or with their existing team, which is a successful outcome.

We treat all business information shared during the assessment as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except:

• To the third-party processors listed in our Privacy Policy that are necessary to deliver the service.
• If required by Australian law.
• With your explicit prior written permission (e.g. if you agree to be referenced as a client).

Our recommendations are provided in good faith and are based on our experience and research at the time of writing. We are not affiliated with the vendors of any tool we recommend. We do not receive commissions, kickbacks or referral fees for any tool recommendation contained in your report.

Tool pricing, features and availability change over time. We recommend you verify current details directly with each vendor before subscribing.

We provide the assessment with reasonable care and skill. The assessment is provided as professional advice based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, savings amounts, return on investment, or revenue increases — actual results depend on factors outside our control, including your implementation effort and market conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our total liability arising from or related to the assessment is limited to the fee paid by you for that assessment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

We use third-party AI tools to operate this website (chatbot, voice agent demo) and to assist with internal research during the assessment. The discovery call itself is conducted personally by us, not by an AI agent. The final report is written and reviewed by a human before delivery.

We may decline to provide the assessment, or terminate ongoing work, where:

• You request services that are unethical, illegal or outside our area of expertise.
• You fail to attend scheduled calls without prior notice (see no-show policy in section 3).
• Continuing the engagement would create a conflict of interest.

Where we terminate before delivery and the cause is not your no-show, we will refund a pro-rata portion of the fee covering any work not completed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book your assessment is the version that applies to your engagement. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
